Most of the 84 tools on this site process your files entirely inside your browser — we never receive a copy. For the few server-processed converters, files are deleted within one hour. We collect no personal data when you simply use the tools.
Account-free tools: When you use a browser-based tool, we receive no copy of your file and collect no personal information about you. The processing happens on your own device.
Message form: If you contact us, we receive the name, email address and message content you choose to send.
Server data: Like nearly all websites, our servers log technical request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and performance monitoring.
We use technical logs to keep the site available, prevent abuse and understand aggregate usage. We use contact details only to reply to your message. We do not build advertising profiles ourselves, and we do not sell personal information.
Browser-based tools: The toolbox is designed so that most tools — merging, splitting, rotating, reordering pages, image editing, compression and more — process your file entirely in your browser. The file never leaves your device and we could not access it even if we wanted to.
Server-processed converters: A small set of conversion tools (such as HTML to PDF and Office format conversions) requires server-side processing. For those, files travel over an encrypted connection, are processed automatically, and are deleted from the processing server within one hour. We do not read, share or reuse them.
We use a small number of cookies for essential site functions (such as security and remembering preferences) and for aggregate analytics. Some third-party advertising or analytics partners may also set cookies as described below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
We may display advertising served by third-party networks such as Google AdSense. These partners may use cookies or similar technologies to measure and, where applicable, personalize ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can review Google advertising practices at policies.google.com/technologies/ads and adjust personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. We also rely on a hosting provider and a content delivery network to run the site; those providers process technical data on our behalf.
Because browser-based processing means we hold no copy of your files, there is usually no personal data for us to export or delete. For the limited data we do hold (contact messages and technical logs), you may ask us to access, correct or delete it by contacting us through the contact page. You can also opt out of ad personalization as described above.
The tools are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we generally collect no personal data at all, children may use the tools only with appropriate supervision.
We update this policy when the service or the law requires it. The Last updated date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be summarized here.
